We do not offer refunds for any items sold at Judie Designs.
We will only offer an exchange for clothing if unused, in perfect resalable condition within 7-days of purchase.
All goods must be returned in the original packaging.
We will only offer a refund if the item damaged which will be determined upon inspection. We cannot accept returns for clothing that have been torn, soiled or damaged due to incorrect washing or use.
All postage costs incurred through a refund or exchange will be the responsibility of the customer.
